not a good week
hmmmmmm so much for good intentions have had a stink week food wise and it has rained every morning so no walks except this morning so weigh in tommorrow wont be good but im sick of feeling so uncomfortable so need to pull finger and just do it. Will check in tommorrow after weighing.

YOu are already a reader of PEPSI.. which is now going to be Diet Coke Rocks 2.. exactly the same as Diet Coke Rocks 1 ... had to do that to allow more than 100 to read me blog. May even have to have a Diet Coke Rocks 3 yet! So, just go to PEPSI for your daily DCR's!
