Weigh in & Life
Well had a good week lost 900 grms could have been more but had a busy week with being back at work and visiting mum in hospital they finally operated on her leg tonight at 7pm so she has been stuck in bed for 6 days waiting for the swelling to come down poor thing. Now she will have to be able to walk up stairs before they let her home so maybe monday or tuesday. Walked for 90 mins today and did the housework and gardening had a nana nap this afternoon , must have needed it lol
