well started off with a crap week tuesday morning had a sneaky weigh in and i was up to 90.8 my god was i in shock, so kicked my own butt and lost 1.2 kgs this week so now weigh 87.4. so obviously there was alot of fluid weight hanging around at the begining of the week,
What am i going to do now? well kick some more butt lol.
