YES !!! back in the 80's lost 1 kg this week .
Working 6 days at the moment just have sundays off today was bloody hot and was rushing around doing food shopping buying xmas presents and went to garden centre got more lettuce plants mine had gone to seed already. now just relaxing.
Back to the madhouse tommorrow lol
