weigh in 13th November

wow lost 3.4 kgs this week

but it may come back to bite me on the bum as i didnt eat enough....

Im not following weight watchers to the t but am loosley following their points system so need to watch myself this week


  1. I need to drink more water

  2. I need to track

  3. I need to exercise

and then i will achieve my goal at the end of the journey



Im just not feeling good in my own skin I know i will never be skinny but i can get to where i feel comfortable Im sure
