weighed in this morning 85.9 wahoo!!!!!!!!!!
so a loss of 1 kg .
However as its christmas day i wont be that weight tommorrow lmao
but never mind im happy i saw it this morning for the first time in years.
Had a lovely barbeque lunch at my nieces with the family didnt over indulge too much but enough to do a little damage but it is christmas after all..
onward and downward again tommorrow
