a loss of 2 kgs
But its the same 2 kgs that ive lost and found since xmas so need to get moving downwards and stay down lol.

My heart goes out to the people of Christchurch in this tradgic time.
It is just unbelievable i have donated money but wish i could do more.
My sister in law / best friend mitty lost her house it is trashed and they have had enough my nephews flew up here on wednesday and have gone to their dads mitty is sorting the house and her job and leaving christchurch for good and is driving up in the next couple of weeks im so glad they are safe.
