Im sure its not.
The bloody spider that bit me has alot to answer for . I got a secondry infection as a huge absess in the middle of my back which felt worse than childbirth. Two weeks later and it is still weeping not nice.
So weight loss had been on hold as i couldnt even move for 4 days and am still quite sore.
However last sunday i weighed in at 92.2 and there was no way n hell i was going back there ever so tried really hard and watched everything i ate and today 6th August i weighed 89.3 so a good loss this week of 2.9 kgs.
so onward and downward again.........
