Ive just been a slack ass again.
i have a wedding to go to on the 11/11/2011 and im going to be slimmer than i am today.
Just looked at the truth ! my stats and have lost 4 kgs in a year whats up with that. What a bloody waste of time. never mind i will get there if i keep trying.

I weighed in on sunday last week and nearly fell off the scales with shock, so have pulled up my socks this week and im just doing it!! weigh in tommorrow.
