On Holiday at the moment and lost the plot ttom came and went with a gain of 1.5 kgs.
Need to get going .
back at work tommorrow for 1 day then my week starts Monday Im only working 3 days as its really quiet at the moment so Monday tuesday and thursdays will be my work days for awhile....but thats ok with me i dont like working anyway lol.
