22nd Jan weigh in

88.9 kgs so still yoyoing
I need to actually eat properlly
like eat something other than rice cakes and actually eat breakfast , lunch and dinner
of course drink water and more exercise...
I am actually thinking of joining weight watchers after years of trying to just follow their program via other people and their books its just timeing that is the problem. I think i will look for a night meeting somewhere there are none in pakuranga hmmmm will have to have a look online....

Are you following the new 'best diet ever'... low/no carb, no wheat???

Weight Watchers in Sylvia Park have lots of good meeting times... or the Botany one is good too.
