I need to do something drastic to kick start this weight movement to change direction downwards instead of upwards but just dont have any oomph.
I have aches and pains in my hip and knees which ive never had before maybe its just an age thing lol now im 50. Im going out to lunch tommorrow for a friends 65th birthday so will weigh in sunday morning before i go to work.
So new start 12th August this is it MY TIME .....
Im the only one that can do it so need to be positive.
Chris and Jackie i do appreciate your comments even tho im the slackest blogger out there lol.
the 20 lbs is what i need to lose and its all sitting on my stomach so need to get moving...
This morning i was 89.8 so will update on Sunday for my new start weight roll on the 70's...
SUNDAY weigh in hmmmmm bad bad bad ... 91.8 @ 6am maybe lots of sodium in the system...
