Up and down that is ..... I HATE THE SCALES .....
Im not giving up but its really peaving me off no matter how hard i try the scales go in their own direction. I need to feed my body properly and not just live on fruit and rice cakes as that is really what im doing if im going to be honest.
I will weigh in tommorrow morning ,meanwhile I will think about what Im going to do foodwise, so will post tommorrow
