well have had a bad week , no excuses really just life . i cooked corned silverside sunday night havent had it for ages and wham put on a whole kilo and a half overnight. Then had a few choc liqourice logs (my favourite) So have to change the lil voice inside my head again, i seem to always have a good couple of losses then lose the plot but cant keep doing that so onwards and downwards again .I WILL DO THIS !!!! and i will weigh in on saturday as usual
