weigh in

Ok had a good week exercise wise and food wise with a loss of 300 grms down to 92.3 so at least its downwards again....... however not good enough i must drink more water
I have been making muesli slice for my breakfast and eat it at work at about 9am as run out of time to eat at home in the mornings . I get up at 5.45 am walk the dog for an hour then get ready and am out the door at 7.20 am....... however i think it isnt that great for weightloss so this week i will try to have breakfast before leaving home or take fruit and yoghurt to eat at work. onwards and downwards again
