Right its time i got back on track my daughters getting better and will be home this week after being in hospital a month hopefully.
Im actually amased that i have just maintained in the last two months as its been bloody stressfull , i wouldnt wish it on my worst enemy.
Weighed in this morning at 88 kgs
so onward and downward again
