Lost 300 grms this week am i happy with that hell yeah!!!! Its that time of the month and i normally gain so a loss is good. Im strugglng with working 6 days at the moment am really tired so not putting much effort into exercise so need to up this again this week otherwise very happy with my journey at the moment. Shannon joined ww this week but i havent had time to read her books yet as she is house sitting for her grandmother so will read them all when she comes home next week
