Well im in virgin numbers
85kgs has been haunting me for nearly 2 years it has been my yoyo point but kicked its ass this last week so a loss of 1.1 kgs

Bears leg is no better so just small strolls for him for awhile then he will go in to be xrayed( although he is in no pain that he tells me about anyway). Hopefully its nothing major.

Onward and downward again this week :)
