9th jan weigh in and update

Well lost 1 kg this week very pleased with that as the numbers went lookin too good halfway through the week :)
Bear is on home detention lol no walks for two weeks and is on antiflam pills they are hopin its just a muscle problem so am i we will see how he is then but after 4 days of no walks hes a very unhappy boy so took him for a 20 min stroll today and he seems ok he loves his walks.
Hoping for another good week back to work again for another 6 days just blobbed around today.
