wahoo lost 1.6 kgs this week at ww happy with that.
thursday morning at home 85.7 very happy with that havent been in the 85's for two years so slowly but surely... My b day 11th april i have to be 85 kgs or less then i can get my tattoo lol that is the plan anyway so onward and downward.....
Still not happy with the meeting may try the saturday morning one at botony but not till next week as shan is working this saturday...have a good week planned and ready to start... off work for 4 days so need to keep away from the pantry....

I liked the Botany meeing too. Just not going anymore. Wasted money.
