I got down to 84.8 kgs on 28th March then went to chch with mum and gerald to stay at chris's. While there i walked 33.8 k's over 4 days which for me was awesome. However ate too much bread came back 2 kgs heavier and havent been able to stop eating. Went to megans anual easter dinner last night and just pigged out like i had no control, Today have eaten coconut ice, chips and chocolate. Its my 50th birthday in 2 days time and Ive lost the plot Knowing Im going out for dinner 2 x in the next few days has given my brain the go ahead to be a pig so need to get my brain into gear and get back on track..... The only person that can lose the weight is ME. So what am i going to do to achieve this
- I will weigh in and be accountable for the number in the morning.
- I will walk bear 2 x a day
- I will either use the treadmill or walk outside for 1 hour a day as well
- I will drink water
- I will cut out carbs....
